    Manii possesses extensive industry knowledge, with eight years of experience in the NDIS sector and five years in management.

    Beginning her career as a support worker, Manii has worked with a large number of clients, addressing their diverse and complex needs.

    Her expertise equips her with a deep understanding of the industry's technicalities, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

    Manii works with compassion and empathy, understanding her clients needs and works closely to achieve their goals.

    She has a passion for creating positive change and is dedicated to assisting others in reaching their fullest potential.

    With a proactive and seasoned background in disability support services, Louie is a dedicated professional who brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Support Coordinator.

    Louie's career is marked by her expertise in client relations, team leadership, and navigating the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). She has a proven track record of providing an exceptional support to participants and stakeholders, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with compassion, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of their goals.

    Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support designed to assist you to better understand your NDIS plan and how you can best use it to find the supports and services you need.

    At Sunflower Support Coordination using our expertise, we will help you understand your plan and budget and help find the best possible service providers to suit your needs and achieve your goals.

    We support people with all levels of disability including high and complex needs. This means we will match your needs with one of our team to ensure you get the best service.

    We will be there with you at the start and along your journey, should you wish it and do our best to help you live your best life!
